Flocks of birds soar with effortless grace, adjusting instinctively to each other, guided by both willingness and ability. We’ve come to see these two qualities of willingness and ability as the “power couple” behind success.

While we may want to grow or change, it’s the willingness to step out coupled with the ability to follow through that moves us forward. And like birds in flight, we often do this best when we support and align with one another.

🌞 Positive Reflections

Sheri: This week, I was reminded of how refreshing it can be to connect with strangers. While standing in a grocery line, I commented on a food item a couple in front of me was buying. We chatted briefly - nothing profound - but we all left smiling. Sometimes, even tiny interactions carry us forward.

Bill: It rained a lot this week. So, viewing this in a positive stream of consciousness how about: “right as rain”, “up the spout again”, “it’s raining violets”, or “I can see clearly now”. Or for pet lovers, raining “like cats and dogs”.
