Here’s a simple plan for life: show up, try, stumble, learn, and keep going. Every small effort — the class you take, the recipe you attempt, the friendship you nurture — is a coin you drop into your personal treasure chest. Over time, it fills with more than memories; it becomes a store of experience, wisdom, and stories you can share with the world. That’s what it means to be chronologically gifted.
Life’s treasures grow when you learn, volunteer, and travel. Each action deposits something valuable within. With time, your treasure chest gets packed with perspective, purpose, resilience, kindness, experience and wisdom…this is wealth that actually matters.
Bill: And good news, these treasures compound with time. Celebrate the attempts, not just the wins. Treasure the friendships that shaped you. Honor the risks that made you braver than you realized. Every experience adds to your inner wealth.
Sheri: The world needs more seasoned people. The stories, the times you stumbled, succeeded, learned, and adjusted, all can steady someone else’s storm or ignite their spark. Being chronologically gifted seems to be less about age and more about the experience you carry forward and are willing to share.
So keep trying, learning, laughing and connecting. Keep adding coins to your chest. And when you open it, you’ll find a life rich with confidence, compassion, clarity, and stories that bless others. That’s the real treasure. And it’s all yours to share.

Positive Reflections...
“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
“Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans.” — Allen Saunders
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” — Mahatma Gandhi

Music Corner....
Sometimes, the stories we carry in our treasure chest can be heard in song. Music captures the moments of learning, courage, love, and resilience, reminding us that life’s riches aren’t measured in dollars or trophies but in experience and heart.
Here are a few songs from the ’60s to today that echo this theme of growth and celebrating a life well lived:
“Teach Your Children” — Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (1970) — a gentle reminder that sharing wisdom and guidance is a lasting treasure.
“Landslide” — Fleetwood Mac (1975) — reflection on growth, change, and the value of time and experience.
“Glorious” — Macklemore (2017) — celebrates embracing life, learning, and feeling empowered by what you’ve accumulated over time.
