It’s nature’s soundtrack—gentle, powerful, and perfectly in sync with your heartbeat. Just add your favorite music to the mix, and suddenly, your soul gets a spa day.
Sheri: Music is the tide I ride when I need a reset. Whether it’s folk, classic soft rock or a power ballad that gets me belting out lyrics, the music helps clear the clutter in my head. Bonus points if I can hear the ocean in the background - it’s the ultimate duet. And whether it’s the nostalgia of an old tune, the thrill of a new beat, or the soothing rhythm of an instrumental, music clears my mental clutter and refreshes my soul. Turn it up, sing along, and let music do its thing!
Bill: I don’t always remember the words, but I usually can identify the name of the song just by hearing a few notes of the intro. I join in on the harmonies and chorus, and the car becomes my personal music studio on-wheels. If life’s been kicking up dust, a good beat and the roar of the sea does the sweeping. And let’s not forget air-drumming; it's highly underrated.
