When I think of where I’m going, I reflect on where I’ve been.

I remember all the roads I traveled down and back again,

It seemed at times there was no direction in my view,        

But now I know those twists and turns were leading straight to you!

You’re the one I kiss good night when the nighttime settles in.         

The one who smiles good morning when the sunlight shines again.

The music of our hearts beats as lovers and best friends.        

Our days are filled with laughter and Songs that never End.

When I wake up in the silent hours before my eyes can see

Memories of a different time take a hold on me

Things I’ve said, things I’ve done, things I can’t undue           

Until the rhythm of your breathing draws me back to you

You’re the one I kiss good night when the nighttime settles in.         

The one who smiles good morning when the sunlight shines again.

The music of our hearts beats as lovers and best friends.        

Our days are filled with laughter and Songs that never End.

We stop to smile and realize, how much we both depend
