Frequently Burst Into Song - Sheri & Bill
Frequently Burst Into Song - Sheri & Bill

Singing makes us feel good, puts icing on our cake, spring in our step and helium in our balloons. We can sing it loudly or softly…or if necessary, just imagine it all in our heads. It all works--that’s how powerful singing is!

“Frequently Burst Into Song” is an expression of positive energy, contagious and often aligned with additional symptoms such as hand clapping, foot tapping or dancing. Woot-woot!

Bill: Singing is cheaper than therapy, healthier than drinking, and almost as much fun as table dancing. It reduces stress and boosts our immune system.

Sheri: There is an increasing amount of evidence that singing releases endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine, all those 'happy' chemicals that boost our mood and make us feel good about ourselves.

And best benefit yet? Singing with others connects us together—talk (sing) about maximum positivity!

So, sing it long, sing it loud…and please, feel free to frequently burst into song!

Positively Speaking, “Sheri & Bill...Story Tellers in Word, Image and Song.”

Thanks to our friend John Morgan for providing his favorite inspirational quote “Best day of my life” which he told us inspires him every day. John and his wife Jan own Party Lights Entertainment , providing DJ and Karaoke musical entertainment for folks who want to have a good time.

Their job allows John and Jan to enjoy music in their life daily. We’re pretty sure that is why he happily says “Best day of my life” every day!
